Why track spray applications?

During the past years, there have been several changes to the chemical products available to the turf industry. Most notably has been the removal of active ingredients from the market, reducing the industries' ability to manage diseases. Also, as our knowledge of how these products act within the plant improves, so does our ability to know when to apply them. Whether applying plant growth regulators or fungicides, ensuring the product remains effective in the plant helps ensure success.

Turf Tracker uses both historic and forecast weather data to track plant growth. Using our simple tracking system, the next spray day to ensure product overlap is calculated up to 15 days in advance. This reduces the possibility of PGR bounce back or an unprotected plant without fungicide protection.

The spray forecast chart provides information for the next suitable window for application.
